“Unlocking Stability Through Strategic Diversification: Global World – Your Trusted Family Office for Generational Growth.”

Global World is an international Family Office with a strong presence in the United States. Established in 1992 by visionary entrepreneur German Walas in Argentina, our journey began in agriculture and evolved into a diversified platform for strategic investment in real estate and key sectors of the real economy across continents.

Unlike traditional funds, we operate with a long-term wealth management philosophy, combining operational expertise, proprietary capital, and a select network of qualified investors who trust our leadership to preserve and grow their assets.

Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in agriculture, real estate, project development, and finance — all driven by a shared mission: to create sustainable value and build a solid legacy alongside our partners.

With resilience and strategic foresight, Global World has weathered economic cycles by focusing on real assets, tangible returns, and prudent decisions. Following the 2009 U.S. financial crisis, we capitalized on opportunities in the multifamily housing segment, developing a solid footprint in residential real estate.

Today, our portfolio spans productive farmland — from row crops to kosher beef — and real estate development in high-growth markets such as Florida, where we lead build-to-sell housing projects tailored to current market demand.

At Global World, we don’t chase investment trends. We build long-term relationships, operate with transparency, and treat every project as our own — because it is.
