Alex Woods

Alex Woods is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in broadcasting and technical support. Currently serving as a Broadcast Engineer at Global since February 2023, Alex also holds the position of Special Constable with Surrey Police. Previously, Alex worked as a Technical Support Specialist at RCS from March 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing client interactions and overseeing significant projects such as the transitions for TalkSPORT and Virgin Radio. Prior experience includes a role as Studio Technician at The Winston Churchill School and a Senior Technician position at Empire Aldershot. Alex has amassed a wealth of knowledge in IT technical support, audio production, and client management, supported by educational credentials from The 6th Form College Farnborough and Winston Churchill School.
