Dan has held various leadership positions, including Regional Managing Editor and Managing Editor for major brands such as Capital Manchester and Heart North West, focusing on talent management, strategic planning, and creative programming. Dan began the career at Bauer Media in 2010 as a producer, quickly rising through the ranks due to dedication and creativity, ultimately managing one of the leading commercial radio breakfast shows. Dan holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University, obtained in 2009.
