Jess Forbes

Jess Forbes is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in broadcast journalism and public relations. Currently a Senior Broadcast Journalist at Global Radio since June 2016, Jess operates within the North West Newsroom in Manchester, contributing to high-quality news delivery. Previous roles include Broadcast Journalist for Heart and Smooth North West, Press and PR Manager at The Registered Digital Institute, and Marketing Press/PR Manager for Jets Basketball Limited. Jess also served as a news editor and senior broadcast journalist at Dee106.3 and is a former BTEC Media Lecturer at Mid Cheshire College. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Media from The University of Leeds and an NCTJ qualification in Print Journalism from Liverpool John Moores University.
