Karen Rumble

Karen Rumble is a seasoned People and Culture professional with extensive experience in various roles within Human Resources. Since November 2016, Karen has served as the People and Culture Director for Commercial & Outdoor at Global, after previously holding the position of People & Culture Director at Travelex from July 2014 to October 2016. Prior to these roles, Karen spent eight years at Sainsbury's, first as a Lead Learning & Development Talent Programme Manager, where corporate talent programs were designed to nurture future leaders, and then as an HR Manager, building HR functions for new stores and managing critical HR operations. Karen holds a BA (Hons) Degree in Lens & Digital Media from the University of Hertfordshire, completed in 2006.
