Liam Whiteside is an experienced technology leader in the broadcasting and advertising sectors, currently serving as the Head of Ad Tech and Head of Content Technology at Global since May 2005, where also held the position of Broadcast Infrastructure Manager. Prior to this, Liam worked at GWR Group plc from September 1997 to May 2005, holding roles such as Audio Systems Support Manager and Chief Engineer, focusing on commercial radio stations in the Herts, Beds, and Bucks areas, including the Classic Gold Network Centre. Liam holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, which was completed between 1992 and 1995.
