Mark Asquith

Mark Asquith is a seasoned entrepreneur and podcasting expert with a diverse portfolio of ventures in the podcasting industry. As Managing Director and Co-Founder of Captivate at Global since December 2021, Mark focuses on expanding the podcasting division and enhancing its growth-oriented approach. Mark co-founded several companies, including Spark of Rebellion, Behind the Sim, and Podcast Websites, the latter being a leading managed WordPress platform for podcasters. Previous roles include CEO and Co-Founder of Rebel Base Media and Captivate Audio Ltd, where innovative podcast technologies were developed. Mark also founded HACKSAW™, a design and brand agency, and The Design Loft freelance web business. Education includes a Bachelor of Technology degree in Music from Barnsley College and ongoing studies at The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
