Owain Llyr

Owain Llyr is an experienced media professional with a strong background in broadcasting and journalism. Owain began a career in the media as a Researcher for BBC Radio Cymru from January 2002 to January 2003, then transitioned to roles at Global Radio and GCap Media as a Broadcaster and Broadcast Journalist. Owain has been a Radio Presenter at Capital FM since May 2014, handling various time slots including drivetime and weekend shows. As the Owner of Gweledigaeth Productions since August 2008, Owain has continued to contribute to the media landscape while also serving as an Afternoon and Weekend Breakfast Presenter on Champion 103 and Coast 96. Owain holds a BA in Communication and Media from Bangor University and a BA Hons in Communication and Media from the University of Wales.
