Roger Marshall

Roger Marshall is a seasoned engineering and project management professional with extensive experience in the outdoor advertising and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Technical Director of Engineering at Global since July 2019, Roger oversees engineering and technical deployment for transformation programs across various estates. Previously, as Asset Director at Exterion Media UK, Roger managed asset portfolios for transport networks and retail spaces and coordinated capital expenditure projects. Roger also held multiple leadership roles at JCDecaux, including Director of Projects, where responsibilities spanned across challenging environments. Earlier in the career, Roger developed foundational skills at Mowlem, progressing from Site Engineer to Sub-Agent. Roger holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University.
