Sam Hicks is currently the Group Head of FP&A at Global, a position held since 2025. Prior to this, Sam worked as a Senior Associate at Ankura from 2022 to 2025, contributing to the firm's Turnaround & Restructuring practice. Sam began their career at Deloitte, where they were involved in Audit and Assurance and later managed Transaction Services focused on M&A Financial Advisory from 2016 to 2020. Sam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ancient History and a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Bristol, as well as being a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant.
