Seb Sears is the Head of Operations for Smooth, Classic FM, and Gold Radio, overseeing the daily broadcast operations and ensuring seamless content delivery across various platforms. With a robust background in radio, they previously served as a Senior Producer at Global, where they managed a team and executed transformation projects. Seb began their career as a Programming Assistant at Smooth Radio and progressed to the role of Breakfast Show Producer, where they won the Guardian Media Group’s "Producer of the Year" award in 2011. They hold a degree in Radio Production, Media, Media Studies, and Journalism from the University of Westminster.
