Marilize Jerling

Marilize Jerling is a legal professional with extensive experience in law and business management. As the Founder and Managing Director of MJD Law since April 2020, Marilize has demonstrated leadership and expertise in the legal field. Additionally, Marilize serves as a Director and is actively involved in the Business Development Committee and African Initiative Group at Globalaw since April 2019. Previous roles include Partner, Senior Associate, and Associate at VDMA LAW from June 2015 to March 2020, as well as Candidate Attorney at the same firm from 2013 to 2015. Marilize holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Management and Law, both obtained from Nelson Mandela University. Educational background includes secondary education from The Hill College.
