SBE SAS provides innovative solutions and services in the field of electronic repairs and returns management. SBE's unique software-as-a-service platform, GlobalCare, is dedicated to the management and orchestration of the reverse logistics supply chain. The platform is used globally by some of the largest mobile network operators, device manufacturers, distributors and insurance companies, to manage their digital returns and customer care operations.

SBE SAS has its main R&D centre in Euratechnologies, Lille (France). SBE SAS is part of Cordon Group since July 2023. Cordon Group is specialised in the repair and refurbishment of electronic devices. The group operates several high-volume repair centres, regional repair centres and logistics hubs, providing a range of services such as: device diagnostics, grading and triage, device repair and refurbishment, regional repair network management, customer care centres, warehousing, reverse logistics and more. Cordon Group employs 4000 people globally.
