Emma Ottenström

Emma Ottenström has a diverse background in communication and dance education, with significant experience in various roles. Emma worked at IP-Only from June 2020 to May 2021, holding positions such as Kommunikatör, Senior Servicedesk Agent, Kundombud, Gruppchef Specialistteam, and Servicedesk Agent. Prior to that, Emma served as Reklamationsansvarig Säljare at Sko from 2011 to 2015 and as a dance instructor at Edge Dance Studios and Uppsala Danscenter from 2013 to 2016 and 2008 to 2013, respectively. Emma took on multiple roles at GlobalConnect in March 2023, including Internal Communications Specialist, Customer Communication Officer, and Interim Head of Internal Communications. Emma also worked at IKEA as a Kundrelation from February 2018 to February 2020 and studied at Jönköping University, earning a Kandidatexamen in Communication and Media Studies from 2017 to 2020.
