Jonas Hamre

Jonas Hamre has extensive experience in network planning and architecture, currently serving as a Senior Network Planner for IP Core Network at GlobalConnect A/S since January 2016, following the merger of Broadnet and Danish operator GlobalConnect. Previously, Jonas held roles at Telenor Satellite Broadcasting as a Senior Network Architect, overseeing the Multiservice Network for continuous live TV and data content, and at Telenor where responsibilities included operational oversight of the same network. Early career experience includes software development at Ericsson AB for mobile data communications. Jonas holds a Master’s degree in Communications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed the Telenor Accelerate Expert program.
