Timothy Ball has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Timothy began their career at Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (AIESEC) as an Executive Board Member, where they promoted internships and managed marketing and finance aspects of the program. Timothy then worked at Griffith University as a graduate for several years. After that, Timothy joined Bacera Co. Pty Ltd as a Mixed Media Marketing Associate, responsible for managing marketing and advertising strategies. Timothy also developed a user onboarding process to enhance customer retention. Later, Timothy worked at Teacher Training Australia as an Administrative Assistant, handling enrolments, attendance, and CRM systems. Timothy contributed to the growth of online courses and managed content with presenters. Subsequently, they joined Timetric as a Client Services Executive, providing training and support to clients and ensuring their engagement with the platform. Finally, Timothy is currently working at GlobalData Plc, where they started as a Customer Success Executive, supporting a wide range of products and accounts. Timothy developed new processes for service delivery. Timothy then took on the role of Customer Success Manager, expanding their responsibilities and managing a team. Currently, Timothy is the APAC Customer Success Team Lead at GlobalData Plc, where they work with strategic customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle and provides mentorship to their team.

Timothy Ball attended Griffith University from 2002 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a focus on Chinese Language and Literature. Timothy also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics Asian Studies and International Relations from the same university from 2002 to 2009, with an emphasis on International Relations and Chinese Language (Mandarin). In 2022, they obtained a certification in Building Inclusive Work Communities from Linkedin Learning.
