Anuja S.

Anuja S. is a Principal Engineer TCAD Engineer at GlobalFoundries, having started in 2023. As a PMRF Scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Anuja is engaged in modeling the electronic and optical properties of Type-2 superlattice based infrared photodetectors, leveraging a MATLAB simulator for predictive analysis. Anuja previously held the position of IITB-Ohio Frontier Scholar at The Ohio State University in 2023. Anuja earned a B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand, and both an M.Tech in VLSI Design and Automation and a PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
