Avinash Singh

Avinash Singh is a Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries, specializing in RFIC design. Currently a PMRF Fellow at IIT Roorkee, Avinash has led pioneering work in RFIC and MMIC design, particularly in advancements related to stealth technology. With prior experience as a Project Scientist at the National Aerospace Laboratories and as an intern at Bharat Electronics, Avinash possesses a robust background in GaN, BiCMOS, and CMOS technologies, which inform their current research endeavors in aerospace and defense applications. Avinash holds a PhD in RFIC and MMIC Design from IIT Roorkee, complementing a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
