Devon McConochie

Devon McConochie is a seasoned Change Management and Communications professional with a diverse background in administrative and leadership roles. They began their career as a Records Manager and Legal Assistant at Haynes and Boone, LLP, before progressing to various positions, including Executive Assistant to the General Counsel at NFP and Chief of Staff at both Genesis Today, Inc. and RGM Advisors, LLC. Devon held the role of Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist at Marathon Oil Corporation from 2018 to 2023 and currently serves as Deputy Director of Organizational Change Management at GlobalFoundries. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Corporate Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
