Mark Levy is a highly experienced professional in semiconductor technology development, currently serving as a Principal Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since July 2015, where the focus is on technology for analog/mixed signal applications and Gallium Nitride devices. Prior experience at IBM spanned nearly 18 years, during which Mark managed technology licensing, developed DFM tools, provided ASICs support, and improved BEOL passive devices and silicon interconnects. Earlier roles included oversight of PE-CVD tools and operations, contributing to yield and reliability improvements in chip processes.
