Robert Kaigle has extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as the Department Manager for Engineering Line Support and Maintenance at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since July 2015. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing a team of technicians focused on production engineering and maintenance of Mask Production equipment. Prior to this, Robert worked at IBM from April 1988, where roles encompassed Operations Manager with oversight of production schedules, resource management, and capital procurement, as well as managing a team of 11 managers and 375 employees.
