Robert Meyer

Robert Meyer is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Director of Design Quality at GlobalFoundries since June 2005, where the focus is on ensuring successful first-pass chip designs and enhancing user experience. Prior roles at GlobalFoundries include Director of EMEA Field Application & Customer Engineering and Deputy Director of Field Engineering. Robert Meyer has also held senior managerial positions at Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing Inc. and INOVA Semiconductors, where responsibilities included managing wafer foundry operations and leading technical support teams. Earlier in the career, Robert Meyer worked as a Senior Staff Engineer at Motorola Semiconductor, overseeing CMOS product design and engineering. Robert Meyer holds a Dipl.-Ing in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Munich.
