Robert Shimer is an experienced electronic technician specializing in test development and characterization within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Staff Tech Test Dev Engineer at GlobalFoundries since May 2013, Robert creates characterization test programs utilizing Keysight's SPECS software and develops innovative test methodologies for advanced structures.
