Ryan Sweeney has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since April 2012, where previous roles included Member of Technical Staff and Principal Engineer. Prior to joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Ryan held the position of Eng 2 Lead at Micron Technology from June 2008 to April 2012 and completed a brief internship at IBM as a Process Limited Yield Engineer in late 2006. Additionally, Ryan gained experience as a Quality Assurance Engineering Co-op at Micron Technology in early 2005. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Microelectronic Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University at Albany Massry School of Business.
