Siam Uddin

Siam Uddin is currently a Principal Engineer at GlobalFoundries Inc., specializing in Silicon Photonics development. Previously, they held positions as a Research Fellow at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and a Visiting Research Fellow at Nanyang Technological University, focusing on ultra-high-resolution light-emitting devices. Siam also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Korea Institute of Science and Technology, where their research advanced graphene-incorporated nonlinear integrated optics. They earned a PhD from the University of Science and Technology, Korea, along with a Master’s in Nanotechnology and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Dhaka.
