Bhoopendra Singh is currently a Principal Member of Technical Staff at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, having held various roles since 2012, including Senior Engineer and Member of Technical Staff. Previously, Bhoopendra worked at the National Physical Laboratory in New Delhi as a Senior Research Fellow, focusing on semiconductor sensors and optically addressed spatial light modulators. Bhoopendra also served as a Research Associate at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, concentrating on AlGaN/GaN HEMTs. Bhoopendra holds a Master of Technology in Microwave Technology from Delhi University and a Master of Science in Physics from Chaudhary Charan Singh University.
