Tom Clarius

Tom Clarius is the Director of Environment, Health, Safety & Security at GLOBALFOUNDRIES, overseeing operations at the Dresden semiconductor manufacturing site and collaborating with plants in the US and Singapore. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions, including Director of QHSE at AVANCIS and Global Head of Health, Safety, Environmental Affairs and Quality Management at LANXESS. Tom has extensive experience in implementing lean management systems and integrated quality management systems across multiple industries, including chemicals and polymers. Tom earned a doctoral degree in Toxicology, Biochemistry, and Economy from Justus-Liebig-Universität Giessen.
