Zhen Yang

Zhen Yang is a Technical Manager at TSMC, where they focus on the Process Integration and Embedded Technology Division, engaging in research and development. Zhen has been a Principal Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since 2011, specializing in the development of low power logic devices and 40nm embedded flash technology.
