Zhenjun Cui

Zhenjun (Crystal) Cui is a skilled NPI Process Engineer with a solid background in thin film deposition and nanodevice fabrication. They possess four years of research experience that includes hands-on work with various deposition processes and advanced characterization techniques. Zhenjun has led projects focused on dielectric breakdown tests and failure analysis on 2D hexagonal boron nitride devices while previously working at Hisense Photonics on InP-based wafer manufacturing for lasers. Currently, Zhenjun serves as a Principal Process Engineer at GlobalFoundries and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering at Southeast University. They hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, where they achieved a GPA of 3.9/4.0.
