Alex Ritchie

During 2020 Alex held the reins as the Interim Executive Director at GlobalGiving UK, and starting in 2021, is co-CEO of GlobalGiving UK with Rachel Smith. Additionally, she runs an award-winning marketing and events agency, predominantly servicing the non-profit sector - this is her second successful business. Her background spans entrepreneurship, youth, partnership development, digital, programme management and communications campaigns across both commercial and non-profit sectors. She is a published business author for HarperCollins and co-founded Women’s Enterprise Day, part of Global Entrepreneurship Week. In her downtime she practices yoga and enjoys cooking, exploring London’s restaurant scene and walking her beloved Parson Russell Terrier ‘Bess’.
