Wang Rui

Wang Rui is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, philanthropy, and hospitality. Currently serving as the China Representative and Program Advisor for Asia at GlobalGiving since April 2017, Wang Rui previously held the position of Consultant for Philanthropy & Civil Society at UNDP from July 2016 to December 2019. Additional roles include Office Manager at the MAY Foundation and Shanghai Office Manager at Chi Heng Foundation, where responsibilities included office management, resource development, and fundraising initiatives. Earlier career experiences encompass consultancy roles with SCHLETTERER WELLNESS & SPA DESIGN GMBH and PKF hotelexperts, as well as training positions with Accor and Novotel London West. Wang Rui's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information System Management and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics, an MBA in Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from Lanzhou University.
