Greg Kidd

Greg Kidd is the co-founder and CEO of GlobaliD. Greg was previously the Chief Risk Officer at Ripple Labs from January 2013 to December 2015, where they navigated the fraud, compliance, regulation, and reputational challenges of digital currencies and currency exchanges. Prior to that, they were a consultant and director at Promontory Financial Group from January 2004 to December 2013, where they consulted on risk with an emphasis on reporting and visualization of risk metrics, with a focus on transaction-, servicing-, and credit-intensive sectors. Greg also has experience as a senior analyst at the Federal Reserve Board from January 2002 to December 2004, where they focused on check and ACH clearing systems as well as private sector money transfer systems. In addition, they are the founder and chairman of Dispatch Management Services Corp / dNet, which they founded in January 1991 and ran until December 2001. Greg began their career as a leader at the National Outdoor Leadership School from January 1979 to December 1990 before becoming a senior associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from January 1984 to December 1990.

Greg Kidd has a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, as well as an MBA from Yale University. Greg also has a degree in Human Computer Interface from Stanford University. Greg's undergraduate degree is in Greg'story from Brown University, and their thesis was on the historical origins of supply side economics.
