Jeff Ligh is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Globality, Inc. since October 2015, Jeff previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Upwork, where key contributions included leading the frontend engineering for Upwork Messenger and developing a proof-of-concept with AngularJS and Node.
