Rod Freeman

Rod Freeman is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in customer success, strategic sourcing, and management within the construction and property sectors. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success for Globality, Inc., since June 2021, Rod has also founded and operates Small Biz Up. Prior roles include Practice Leader at Deloitte Consulting, where market offerings in sourcing-as-a-managed-service were developed. Previously, Rod led strategic sourcing initiatives at Accenture and managed supply chain programs at IBM, growing expertise in facilities management and construction. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a Master's degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
