Barry Rudden

Barry Rudden began their work experience in 1999 as an IT Recruitment Consultant at Grafton Recruitment, where they stayed until 2001. Following that, they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Claddagh Resources in 2001. In 2002, they joined Sigmar Recruitment as an Associate Director, overseeing IT recruitment and managing tenders and contracts. Over the years, they progressed to become the Director, responsible for leadership and mentoring in various areas such as sales, account management, talent acquisition, and compliance. Barry also led the central Tendering function for Sigmar across private and public sectors. In 2017, they briefly served as a GDPR Awareness Coalition Ambassador. Finally, in 2022, they joined Globalization Partners as the Global 3rd Party Director.

Barry Rudden pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 1992, they enrolled in Technological University Dublin and completed their studies in Leisure Management in 1995. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, Barry joined the National College of Ireland, where they obtained an MSc in Management through part-time studies. It should be noted that no specific degree name was provided for their studies in Technological University Dublin. Additionally, Barry Rudden acquired a certification in "One-Minute Habits for Success" from LinkedIn in January 2023.
