Damini Singh

Damini Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Damini is currently working as a Product Program Manager at G-P/Globalization Partners. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at RDT Limited, where they served as the Head of Product Delivery and a Certified Scrum Product Owner. In these roles, they collaborated with stakeholders and agile development teams to deliver insurance solutions and worked on product solution design and implementation for insure tech. Damini also developed API integrations and back-office systems to provide end-to-end customer solutions. Before joining RDT Limited, Damini worked as a Program Lead - Business Transformation at RvaluE Consulting, where they focused on business process consulting and delivered cost savings for clients through systems implementation and process improvements. Damini also served as AVP - Business Systems Analysis at Max New York Life Insurance, where they played a key role in implementing insurance policy administration systems and selecting technology applications to accelerate the launch of new products. Damini started their career at American Express as a member of the Global Re-Engineering project team, where they supported system management, transitions, and off-shoring initiatives to India. Damini Singh completed their Class 12 education in Commerce, Accounts, and Economics at Welham Girls' School from 1977 to 1989. Subsequently, from 1989 to 1992, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Economics, Commerce, and Accounts at Delhi University. In terms of additional certifications, Damini obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2023. Damini also acquired the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance in the same month and year. Additionally, they achieved the Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner certification in July 2019 and the Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) certification in June 2015, both from Scrum Alliance.
