Michael O'Reilly

Michael O'Reilly started their work experience as a Web Developer at the University of Ulster in 2003. Michael later worked as a Freelance Web Developer at the same university in 2005. In 2005, they also began working as a Principal Software Engineer at Liberty Mutual Insurance and held this position until 2014. In this role, they were responsible for the development of Enterprise Single Page Applications and Java-based Web Applications. From 2014 to 2018, Michael worked as a Solutions Architect at Liberty Information Technology, overseeing large-scale insurance products and driving technical strategies. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Architect at the same company, focusing on platform development, cloud native serverless adoption, and engineering excellence. In 2021, Michael joined Globalization Partners as a Software Architect.

Michael O'Reilly obtained a BSC (Hons) in Computing Science with DIS from Ulster University from 2001 to 2005. Michael also has additional certifications, including UX Foundation Training from UXTraining.com in June 2016 and Oracle Java Certified Programmer from Oracle in March 2011.
