Rieley Frederick

Rieley Frederick has a diverse work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Debate Coach at Davis School District, where they taught, mentored, and provided input to a large number of students, while establishing positive relationships with them. In 2020, they worked as a Staff Member at Chrysalis Inc. They then moved on to Progrexion in the same year, working as an Internal Communications Content Specialist. They are currently a Debate Coach at Jordan School District, where they focus on implementing psychological learning strategies to ensure the success of their students within the debate space. Additionally, they work regularly with the debate team and have 1:1 sessions with each student to form rapport and positive relationships. Starting in 2023, they will be joining G-P/Globalization Partners as a Communications Specialist.

Rieley Frederick completed an Associate's degree from Weber State University from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they attended Utah State University from 2019 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. They have also obtained a certification in "Learning Airtable" from LinkedIn in July 2023.
