Simon Gilbert

Simon Gilbert has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Simon currently works at G-P/Globalization Partners as a Senior Strategic Customer Operations Manager, a position they have held since April 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Global Service Transformation Manager from May 2022 to March 2023 and as a Global Service Transformation Lead from July 2021 to April 2022. Before joining G-P/Globalization Partners, Simon worked at NTT Fundraising as a Senior Client Relationship Manager from May 2015 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were a Chartered Legal Executive at DAS Law from March 2011 to May 2015. Simon also held roles as a Paralegal at Lyons Davidson Limited from December 2010 to March 2011, a Senior Legal Assistant at Co-op Legal Services from December 2008 to December 2010, and a Paralegal at Recompense Solicitors from September 2007 to December 2008.

Simon Gilbert completed their education in a chronological order. Simon began their education journey at The West Somerset Community College from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their A-Levels in Maths, History, Information Technology, and Biology. Following this, they attended the University of the West of England from 2002 to 2005, earning their LLB (Hons) degree in Law. Later, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the same university to further enhance their knowledge in Law. Simon also obtained a certification in "Empathy for Customer Service Professionals" from LinkedIn in April 2022.
