Jan Halacek

Jan Halacek is a Senior Scrum Master at GlobalLogic Slovakia, where they coordinate Scrum teams and implement Agile methodologies. With nearly 15 years of experience as a freelance linguist and language specialist, Jan focuses on translation and localization across various fields, including healthcare and technology. They previously held roles as an Assessment Associate and Examinations Assistant at the Chartered Institute of Linguists and have experience as a university researcher and lecturer. Jan holds two Doctor of Philosophy degrees in British and American Studies from institutions in Slovakia and France.
