Mathieu Canicio

Mathieu Canicio is a Support Engineering Operation Manager with 18 years of experience in support roles, currently managing a multi-tier Japanese technical support team at GlobalLogic Japan since 2024. Previously, Mathieu held various positions, including Google Program Manager for localization projects in the APAC region and Technical Support Engineering Lead for Gmail, where they enhanced training processes and operational efficiency.
