Shaobeny Johnson

Shaobeny Johnson, MA, MEd, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in education, counseling, and quality analysis. With experience as a Dance Educator at Houston Independent School District and a substitute teacher at Ector County ISD and Del Valle Independent School District, Shaobeny has demonstrated expertise in instructional roles. As the Founder and Therapist of Shifting With Shaobeny, a private counseling practice, Shaobeny specializes in supporting high-achieving professionals with trauma-informed and faith-integrated approaches. Additional roles include Quality Analyst at Veterans Evaluation Services, Social Media Manager at Salt Social Media, and training AI systems as the Head of Department at GlobalLogic. Shaobeny holds a Master's degree in Public Relations from the University of Houston and is pursuing a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Lamar University.
