Rick Jones

Rick Jones is an experienced product support professional with a strong background in technical assistance and customer service. Currently serving as a Product Support Technician at GlobalMeet since April 2023, Rick previously held positions at PGi and Intrado, where expertise in technical product support and live recording was developed. Beginnings in the retail sector at AT&T as a Retail Sales Consultant and later as a Sales Manager allowed Rick to hone skills in building rapport, inventory management, and clear communication of complex technical information. Rick's educational background includes studies at Portland Bible College and the University of Washington.
