Peter Black

Peter Black is a highly experienced professional in the field of technology and electrical engineering, currently serving as Chief Scientist at Globalstar and XCOM Labs. Peter has previously held the position of Senior Vice President Technology and Qualcomm Fellow at Qualcomm, demonstrating a significant leadership role in the industry.
