Nitin G. has been working at GlobalStep since March 2011 as the Lead of HR Operations, where Nitin handles various tasks such as issuing different types of letters and managing on-boarding for all employees. Prior to their current role, Nitin held positions at Andromeda Mkt.PVT.LTD as a Management Information System Team Lead and Sr. Team Leader (Voice), where Nitin was responsible for team handling and updating data daily. Nitin also worked at Global Step as an MIS executive, covering all stages of the training cycle. Nitin G. completed their HSC degree at Vidya Niketan from 1999 to 2005.
