Rashmi Navaghane

Rashmi Navaghane's work experience begins in 2007 when they were associated with RELIANCE SECURITIES LTD. From December 2007 to February 2009, Rashmi held a position at the company. In 2011, they joined Suzlon Wind Energy A/S as an HR - Talent Acquisition professional, where they worked until September 2012. Since October 2012, Rashmi has been working at GlobalStep LLC as an HR Executive.

Rashmi Navaghane completed their primary education at St Felix High School, graduating with a SSC degree in English in 2002. From 2004 to 2007, they attended Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune University where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a specialization in costing. In the same period, they also pursued a diploma in Taxation and Law from Ness Wadia College of Commerce. Continuing their education, from 2009 to 2011, Rashmi attended the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH), earning an MBA degree with a focus on Human Resources (HR).
