Valentin Mihaescu

Valentin Mihaescu has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Senior QA Team Lead at GlobalStep, where they are responsible for leading a team in quality assurance. Valentin previously served as a QA Team Lead and Senior QA Tester at GlobalStep as well.

Prior to their time at GlobalStep, Valentin worked at Amber as a QA Test Lead, Senior Tester, and QA Tester. Valentin was responsible for creating and delivering daily activity reports, tracking documentation for various tasks, and developing onboarding materials for new team members.

Before joining Amber, Valentin was a QA Tester at WHYTTEST, where they gained experience in quality assurance processes. Valentin also briefly worked as a call center agent at ICS Leads and interned at RIN Hotels and Hello Hotels.

Valentin Mihaescu completed their high school education in 2015 at Colegiul Economic Hermes, where they earned a High School Diploma in Tourism and Travel Services Management. Valentin then attended New Bulgarian University in 2015 to 2016, studying Political Science and Government. Valentin Mihaescu later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing at Universitatea Crestina Dimitrie Cantemir from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the Cambridge English Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced) from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in June 2015.
