Alan Gey

Alan Gey is the current Chief Financial Officer at GlobalTix, a tours and activities tech provider. Alan is responsible for overall accounting, financial reporting, financial and risk management, taxation, human resources, regulatory and administrative functions of the group entities in Singapore and overseas. Alan has also served as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer at Haikui Seafood AG (H8K) where they were responsible for overall accounting, financial reporting, treasury, investor relations as well as corporate and financial compliance functions of the Group. Prior to that, Alan was General Manager at Shanghai TREFFERT Special Coatings Co., Ltd where they were responsible for the operational, financial and administrative functions of this manufacturing entity in Shanghai. Alan started their career at Standard Chartered Bank as Vice President, Corporates and Institutions where they were responsible for structuring corporate banking products, developing corporate client base and credit risk management. Alan then moved on to DBS Thai Danu Bank as Senior Manager, Institutional Banking Group before taking on the role of Assistant Manager, Institution Banking (Overseas Corporates) at DBS Bank. Alan has over 20 years of experience in the banking and finance industry.

Alan Gey has a Master's from the University of Melbourne in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in Banking and Finance, and GCE A Levels from Victoria Junior College. Alan also has an Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment from Workforce Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Fellow, FCCA from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and ACCA.
