Anya C. is a seasoned professional in customer success and consultancy with significant experience in the cultural and heritage sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at GWI since September 2020, Anya has previously held multiple roles in customer success and client management at YouGov, where responsibilities included delivering insights and training sessions.
