Chris Beer is a highly experienced Senior Data Journalist at GWI since May 2017, recognized as a spokesperson for emerging trends and interviewed as a subject matter expert by notable media outlets such as the BBC and Axios. Chris has launched a flagship newsletter, On the Dot, and developed tools to enhance data insights for the team. Previous roles include Trends Manager (Editorial) at GWI, where Chris curated team output, mentored junior analysts, and led significant projects, including the analysis of vaccine hesitancy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Chris also has experience as Production Manager - Audio at Strathmore Publishing and as a Writer for Culture Trip. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of Oxford.
